  I spent 8 months meticulously planning my wedding to a wonderful man. Everything was beautiful, until I showed up to the reception and there was NO CAKE. I'd been told that morning that the cake was running a little late, but the baker assured me that it would be set up "before you even walk down the aisle." I walked down the aisle at 2:00. The cake FINALLY arrived at 4:00, after many guests had already left this church reception. It's worth mentioning that when the cake was finally brought in, there was not one attempt to apologize to anyone about the delay. I began attempting to call and speak with an owner/manager on Monday. It would appear that owners/managers are rarely there, because it's now Wednesday, and I've received no call back. Oh, but the girl who answered the phone today was kind enough to LAUGH when I gave my name and say, "Oh, yeah, I heard about you from this weekend." I'm appalled that this establishment not only offers no remorse for ruining my wedding reception, but actually finds it amusing. After leaving this review, and a few others, I intend to turn this entire matter over to the courts and enjoy marriage far more than I was able to enjoy my reception, thanks to the incompetence and lack of professionalism from this "bakery."

  We got a cake from here for my sons birthday. By far the worst cake I have ever eaten. Cut it up and realized the cake was 85 topping that tasted worse than the stuff you get from a can. Scraped 2 inches of icing of my slice. Then I ate it and it was really dry. Tasted about two weeks old. Stay AWAY from here. Wish I could give no stars.

  I literally just walked in to get a cupcake, and they didn't have anything made. Literally, nothing was on the shelves. There were things in the cooler but that was it. I just wanted a cupcake. Oak Grove location is much better.
