  First of all we had a party of 18 an when we where setted they did not give us menus to start it off an we had to ask for them to get them. Then once we got them the waitress wanted to start taking our order before we had a chance to look at the menu. FYI they do not have a kids menu ether for those of you out there with kids that might go eat here. Once we order the food it did not all come out at the same time. They have a buffet that is over priced by the way an you could tell they went an pulled some of the plates we order off of the buffet. When we got our food it was cold an not freshly cooked plus some of the plates did not have all of the food on it. The food quality was not worth what I payed for my family an I will never be back an will not recommend it to anyone.

  While Mack's something is a local treasure, it's with good reason. Their food is very Southern with a lot of deep frying and not waistline friendly, but the service is attentive. Buffet style dining sometimes lack that but not Mack's. Seating on the enclosed patio on a cool fall or spring evening feels like your on the backwoods waiting for grandmaw's hush puppies.
