  I wish I could give it a higher star, but they need to improve their customer service, and better communication. I ordered two cups of large coffee once on drive thru, and the employee that handed to me did not seal neither one of them. When the lid popped off and burned me the first time, I told her and all she did was hand me napkins, no apology! When she hand me the second coffee, the lid popped off that one and burned me again, but worse. I was on my way to church, so I sucked it up and left without even telling the manager about this girl!
  I try to stay away from milkshakes, but my husband purchased a strawberry shake two weeks ago, and I had a taste of it, and decided I was going to get me one another day. Well, I've been to McDonald's twice since, and they said the strawberry side is not working. The second time they told me is down, they made me place my order, pay at the first window, and it wasn't till I went to the second window that they told me this. This young lady was polite enough, and suggested chocolate or vanilla, and for some reason I gave in and chose chocolate. Well, I pulled off before I tasted my shake, let me tell you, that thing was nothing but syrup OMG! If I was diabetic, I would have went into a diabetic coma.
  I have had good food there before, and OK customer service, but hardly outstanding service, that's why I didn't give them a lower score.
